What is the easiest way to learn Geometry?
Using an online Geometry course might be the easiest way to learn the subject. If you are interested in this approach, consider a program that includes one-on-one instruction in conjunction with features such as cumulative reviews, interactive tests, and a comprehensive grade report that automatically records scores.
The Accuplacer Elementary Algebra exam went really well. I was able to place into my appropriate college algebra class, and I surprised myself with my score even. I had not been in school for years and the courses on MathHelp made jumping back in so much easier. There were so many helpful elements of the course. The instructional videos and the practice exam were instrumental in helping me.

I passed my college algebra course with an A, thanks to your online course! The explanation in the videos were very detailed and easy to understand; the quizzes really drove the information home into my mind. It felt good going into a quiz and being confident in knowing how to do the problem, with time to spare to check my work, then seeing high marks in my grade book after.I am an adult student, (working and going to school) coming back to college algebra from a long time away from school! I really needed a refresher. It is a vast improvement in my understanding of math (I was not too great with math in general in elementary and high school). Thank you for giving me a boost in "mathematical confidence"! Thank you so much!

I’d like you to know that I absolutely love the Intermediate Algebra program, and will likely be signing back up in January for the College Algebra course. I’m 36 years old and have always struggled with math, barely graduating high school because of it and so I began with your program for the PERT test, which allowed me to get a high enough score to pass taking a remedial course.Continuing with the Intermediate Algebra program during the semester is absolutely the reason why I was able to sustain a B grade, and I actually have my final this afternoon and I am confident I will do well.I think the reason that your program works so well is because you keep it short and to the point. All the steps are shown, you don’t use a bunch of extra words and jargon, and you keep the problems simple so the student gets a chance to perfect those before going on to more difficult ones within their actual class assignments. There were several places where the things you taught weren’t explained in class notes by my school that made a world of difference (such as clearing the radical in the denominator, or using a factor tree to factor rather just trying to guess multiples). It also helped that your course guide exactly followed the flow of the class going from chapter to chapter so I could watch my class lecture (online course), attempt some of those problems...I’d struggle, then I’d go to Mathhelp, do well, and go back to the class coursework. It was an easy lateral movement. My not getting an A in the class is simply because I make silly mistakes like forgetting signs or the simplest math errors, but I feel confident in the course and that’s simply 100% from your program.Thank you for all the help your program has offered, it’s been quite an amazing transformation for me.

Thank you so much for this algebra course!!! I am enrolled in an online college degree program at Penn Foster College. I am a Graphic Design major, but they stuck me in an algebra class. I do NOT have a mind for math, I barely made it through math in school. So this class has been devastating for me, my entire degree depends on this one class! I have never had algebra in my entire life and they put me in Intermediate Algebra right off the bat! Oh, did I mention that they do not actually teach the classes they offer, they send you the text book, and you are literally on your own. Your classes are a lifesaver! I thought I was looking at Chinese, but your step by step lessons actually made sense. If it weren't for you I would have flunked out a long time ago, and lost any chance to get the degree that I have worked so hard on. You are providing a much needed service, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Let me start off by saying how fantastic this website is. During Algebra in 9th grade, I was struggling and needed extra help. When distance learning started due to the pandemic, I was even more stressed and I needed help somewhere, this is when I found mathhelp.com. I tried the free trial and within an hour, I was highly impressed. I could go to the lesson my teacher was teaching and get extra help which was amazing and I was caught up until school ended. From there, I wanted to do even more math so I used this site the entire summer and I am taking the second half of Algebra this year. With all the work I put in over the summer, Algebra is now a breeze and I am so far ahead and am currently doing the geometry course too! This site is amazing, the presenters explain stuff very well and there's no room for confusion in my opinion.

I graduated high school in 1992, that was the last time I did any math related to algebra. I never went into college. 20 plus years later I decided to enroll. I needed to take the PERT placement test for Math. I had a bit of panic because I didn't remember anything; so I would have to learn as much as I could within a month because of deadlines with the school. I stumbled upon MathHelp.com while google searching Pert Test help. They offer 3 free lessons and it is a nice introduction into how the website works. I signed up for a month.Topics are broken down into a specific area; ie: Quadratic Equations. These are further broken down into bite size lessons that go through a specific part of the main lesson. Each lesson is explained in a logical and practical way that is easy to understand. After each mini lesson you can either practice or take a test on what you learned. When you finish a topic you get a review test on mixed questions based on all the lessons in that topic.I studied with them 2 hours a day minus weekends. Though I didn't get through all the areas because of time restraints; I did manage to go through the majority of it.The day of the test arrived and a few questions that I did not recognize were on the exam. However, even though I had not studied those specific problems, I knew the process on how to work through them. In the end for an old dude who hadn't studied in a long time I scored a 124 out of 150, enough to be able to select college Algebra. If I had been afforded the time to hit every section and really get mastery of it, I probably could have scored higher.I highly recommend signing up for this site if you are struggling with higher level math and or need a refresher on it. The teachers are amazing and each lesson is presented clearly and simply. The fact that you can practice them over and over really reinforces their lessons.Another good thing is unsubscribing. Most sites are sneaky and in order to cancel you have to find a number from some other site. While MathHelp.com is auto renew you can basically just click a button that says unsubscribe. If I end up having trouble in math this semester I will definitely be subscribing again. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. Worth every penny.

Pros:- explains math lessons slowly and thoroughly.- Has worksheets, answer key, tests printable for most of the material- Teaches college algebra, but it's exactly the same as Algebra 2 in the High School section.Cons:- Does not have worksheets, answer keys, tests for most difficult material- Stops having teacher standing in front of board half way throughAlgebra 2 and simply has a dubbed speaker.- Does not explain Bonus questions anymore half way through Algebra 2- Costs $50 a month, which feels a little steep for petering out on Alg 2- Does not really teach past Algebra 2 or Geometry so work incalculus or trig is not covered with this site. High school students inhigher math classes will not find help here.- The word problems are incredibly sexist. Cooking, sewing and cleaningword problems use girls names and building, computing, business, use boys names.- Have found quite a few mistakes in the answers, the problems and in the lessons themselves. I let them know, but apparently, they don't correct mistakes. In short, I do not usually recommend this site to my math students and their parents.

How do you pass Geometry?
If you’re wondering how to pass Geometry, the most important thing to know is that each new concept builds on the previous one, so you can’t afford to fall behind. The best online Geometry help will have background lessons built into each new concept to make sure you’re always up to speed.
Is Geometry hard to learn?
High school Geometry can be hard to learn because it represents a new way of thinking about math. Students must apply logical and spatial reasoning in addition to problem solving skills in order to understand the lessons.
Why do students struggle with Geometry?
Some of the reasons that students struggle with Geometry are listed below.
- They can’t remember the background Algebra concepts that are often required.
- They aren’t familiar with the properties of basic shapes and have trouble visualizing a problem-solving strategy.
- They haven’t taken the time to memorize the vocabulary necessary to answer the questions correctly.
Is Geometry easier than Algebra?
Whether or not Geometry is easier depends on the individual student. For some students, it’s easier because they like the visual aspect of working with shapes, and there’s often more than one way to solve a problem. Other students find Algebra easier, however, because it involves a procedure for solving problems and has more in common with other math courses.
How do you study for Geometry?
The best way to study is to do your Geometry homework assignments neatly on paper. Because it’s such a visual course, it’s a big help when you can see your work clearly and you organize it well. A great way to learn how to show your work is to use an online Geometry tutor in the form of a video instructor who presents all the steps in the examples and provides guided practice as well.
How much does a Geometry tutor cost?
The average cost of a Geometry tutor ranges from $35 to $50 per hour. However, depending on your situation and the expertise of the instructor, the hourly cost can be as high as $100. If you’re seeking an affordable alternative to hiring a high school Geometry tutor, an online program that features one-on-one instruction may be just the ticket.
How do you solve Geometry problems easily?
Students in need of Geometry homework help can use the following steps to solve problems more easily.
- Read the problem carefully.
- Study and label the given figure or draw one of your own.
- List the information given and identify any that is unnecessary.
- Note what you are asked to find and identify related definitions, theorems, and postulates.
- Look at similar example solutions and set up a method or an equation to be used.
- Implement your solution plan.
- State your solution and check the results.
Can I skip Geometry and go to Algebra 2?
Because concepts from high school Geometry lessons can be helpful when solving Algebra 2 problems, it would not be a good idea to skip the course. If you do go straight from Algebra 1 to Algebra 2, however, you must then take Geometry. In other words, you can’t skip the course entirely – it’s too important.
Is Geometry useful in real life?
